DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order and Uller® will be responsible for the return costs. If this period is exceeded, the right of return will be lost and whatever the damages and losses will be assumed by the User.
You have 2 return options. We tell you:
100% free return:
- We pay all the costs of returning the package.
- The money will be refunded in a gift card that you can use at any time.
Return by your own means:
- You can return the order to us as you prefer, paying the shipping costs yourself.
- You will receive the money the same way you paid. This may take up to 3-7 days after receiving the return package.
If you want to send the order back by your own means, please send a message on our contact form indicating the order number and your wish to make a return.

FREE RETURN PROCESS
If you prefer to enjoy the free return, just follow these steps:
1. Access our returns portal by clicking here
2. You will have to enter:
- Your order number. Example: ULWEB14879
- The zip code where that order was delivered to you. Example: 28087
3. Once you have accessed the portal, you will be able to see all your orders and you will have to select each of the products that you want to return and indicate the reason for which you want to return the product. If they are all products, please select all and then click the "return products" button
4. On the new screen you will have a summary of what you are going to return and to confirm the return you will have to click again on "Return products"
5. Once the return is confirmed, you will find another button to download the return labels. You will also receive an email with a barcode that you can present at the post office.
6. Now all you have to do is go to the nearest post office, show them the return barcode and deliver the package. Do not forget to save the delivery receipt that they will give you in case you have to claim any problem. If you don't save it, nothing can be claimed.
7. As soon as we receive the return in our warehouse and check that everything is correct, we will send you an email with the gift card with the total amount of the return.
* It is only allowed to return products that have not been used, having to be in perfect condition with their labels on. In case of receiving a product that has been used, the return of the money will be refused.
