The steps to follow for preparing the turbot in the oven are as follows. First, we will wash the turbot and make two cuts on the top. Then we will add the salt, but really a little will be enough.

If you have a source suitable for the fire, we recommend that you pour a little oil and heat it. Next, add the chopped onion and fry until transparent.

When we have all this, it will be time to add the potatoes and cook for five to eight minutes over medium high heat. We don't need to fry them with the time they spend in the oven they stay soft. Of course, preheat it to 180º first with heat up and down.

The next step will be to prepare the majado in a mortar and add the chopped garlic, the parsley, the salt and crush everything, and when it is ready add the wine and a splash of oil.

The preparation of your complete turbot is almost over. You will only have to put the fish in the dish on the potatoes and onion. Pour all the liquids over the fish so that it is well soaked. Bake for 25 minutes at 160ºC and then 10-15 minutes at 210ºC with heat up and down. The best turbot of your life!
