Free Returns

Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order and ULLER® will be responsible for the return costs. If this term is exceeded, the right of return will be lost and whatever the damages and losses will be assumed by the User.

In order to process the return you have to send us an email to contact @ ullerco. com from the email address with which you processed the purchase and it is very important that you indicate your order number to be able to locate it. And within 24 working hours we will answer you with the details so that you can make your return completely free of charge for you.

As soon as we receive the return at our warehouse and check that everything is correct, we will issue the refund to the credit card you used to process your purchase. This refund can take between 5 and 7 days depending on how long your bank takes to make it effective. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return, but it is the banks of each client that delay the process, so we ask you to be patient with us.
